adcon PR and Publicity baguio and tarlac

adcongress calls. and work takes you to baguio. i've always been fascinated with this city. still am. in january i got to stay at the baguio country club cottage, and this time, at the lodge.

take 2 at the rose bowl for the 21st PAC PR+Publicity committee presscon for baguio city's local press. it was a good presscon.

rose bowl along harrison and star cafe along session fill up very well. our stomachs, i mean. the raisin bread at the baguio country club means well. i mean, the goodies aren't all that bad. jones campos, committee chair brought us to sizzling plate and the food was sizzling. for the meat-eaters, i am told it is worth all the bucks charged.

on the way down, it was tarlac for lunch. the native food fish place was a bizarre fusion of buddha, baskets and brides (of the transvestite variety). like i said. bizarre.

to jones campos, jho gonzaga, jun, terence and ivy: nice getting to know you, guys! i know that i am not good company. *hugs* and to full circle: betty, jenson and mitch! :D

BUT, for real good stuff, cafe by the ruins. none the better. kamote bread. yyyuuummmmy! tried their mango-stuffed pastry. and i loved it! simple pastries, good coffee. peace and quiet. perfect.
